Emergency response is available for customers who are subscribed to our maintenance package and ERS (Emergency Response Service).

If your alarm goes off, or you observe a crime in progress via remote viewing of your existing CCTV Surveillance system, we have contracts with local licence security and private investigation companies and their licenced mobile guards & private investigators will respond to your call immediately providing you with a videography of the event and/or prevention of the crime in progress.

This service is available within City of Hamilton, City of Oakville and City of Burlington.  Emergency telephone number and pager number will be provided to the client for available mobile guards 24hrs a day.

ERS membership is $199 per month based on a 1, 2 or 3 year contract.
