Feb 9, 2011 - Black male, posing as a customer, stole a $28000 ring from Ben Moss Jewellers at Mapleview Mall. The suspect was being assisted by staff, looking at and handling various rings. While in possession of two diamond solitaire rings, the suspect suddenly ran from the store. Thanks to CCTV cameras inside the store, the police was able to obtain a detailed description of the suspect, who is still wanted for theft.
Jan 13, 2011 - Two younge offenders were arrested for graffiti / tagging in the West Oakville area. As a result of excellent community participation, police work and curveillance cameras, two culprits were identified and arrested.
Sept 30, 2010 - Robbery using a handgun at the Husky Gas Station located at 1326 Guelph Line, in Burlington.
Sept 19, 2010 - Robbery using firearms at the Esquire Motel located at 1110 Plains Rd. West, Burlington. Unknown female made an inquiry with the motel clerk about renting a room. Then 3 unknown males entered and one of the males pointed a firearm at the clerk, went behind the counter and removed a quantity of cash.
Apr 27, 2010 - Robbery at Burlington Medical Building located at 3155 Harvester rd, Burlington. An unknown suspect approached the pharmacist and pointed a handgun at which point all money in the safe was taken.
