Oct 22, 2010 - A man broke into 16 different homes in 2 days. He was later arrested at a local motel where all stolen items were being kept. Homes affected by this were located on Bonnieview Avenue, Bayshore Boulevard, Laselle Park Road, Spring Garden Road, Hendrie Avenue, Parkhill Avenue and Fairwood Place. Thanks to house outdoor security cameras, he was captured.
Oct 1, 2010 - Break and enter at the Wind Mobile Store located at 261 Oak Walk Drive, in Oakville. In total there were 69 cell phones stolen from the store with an estimated total value of over $18,000.00.
Sept 26, 2010 - Break and enter to the Future Shop located at 310 North Service Road, in Oakville. Thieves broke into the Future Shop by cutting a hole in the roof of a Chapters store, which is adjacent to the Future shop location. Once inside Chapters, thieves cut through the dividing wall and entered the Future Shop electronic store. In Future Shop the suspect(s) targeted the laptop computer section, removing 105 of the units.
Sept 23, 2010 - Robbery at the Sunoco Aquashine Gas Bar located at 2969 Sherwood Heights Drive in Oakville.
Sept 16, 2010 - Robbery at the White Oak Variety Store located at 1226 White Oaks Boulevard in Oakville. Two unknown males demanded that the lone male clerk open the cash drawer to the lottery machine. The clerk could not comply with this request and one of the masked men grabbed the clerk by the neck, while the other male removed an amount of scratch and win lottery tickets and was able to open the lottery machine and remove an undisclosed amount of cash from the cash drawer.
Aug 30, 2010 - Robbery outside the TD Canada Trust located at 321 Iroquois Shore in Oakville. A local business man was making a cash deposit at the TD Bank ATM machine when suddenly the male was punched in the back of the head by a suspect who had run up behind him. The suspect then ripped an envelope containing an undisclosed amount of money from his hand and ran away.
